In posting my own personal Supreme 90 Day review, I am leaving positive comments on how wonderful this workout program really is. I have struggled with my weight for years, and never seemed to find anything that could help me lose weight. Not until I found Supreme 90 Day have I been able to lose excess body fat, increase muscle mass, and begin to sculpt my body into the shape I desire.

Supreme 90 Day Review-Muscle Confusion Is the Key to Weight Loss

Many of the people that have left a Supreme 90 Day review or feedback state that the program is so different than anything else they have used before, mainly because of its Muscle Confusion Technique. Confusing the muscles during exercise is created by never doing the identical routines two days in a row. Instead of the body becoming caught in a rut, it mixes up routines to use different muscle groups.

Supreme 90 Day Review-Employs Different Muscle Groups Each Day

By using different muscle groups, it is impossible to “plateau,” a condition that typically happens with those that exercise on a regular basis. A “plateau” is a situation in which no matter how hard the individual works out, their body just will not give up any more fat, or build any more muscle mass. The idea behind muscle confusion is that by using different muscle groups, the body just never goes into a “plateau” mode.

In my own personal experience, I can say that I have never plateaued in the 4-1/2 months I have been doing the program. Every day, when I stand on the scale, I see that I’ve lost between a quarter to three quarters of a pound. This is amazing for me, and after four months, I have eliminated well over 60 pounds.

I look fantastic, and feel even better. I have so much more energy than I have had in years, and look beautiful in my clothes. Although the exercises can be a challenge at times, I push right through so I can move on to the next DVD.
Each individual DVD has a new set of exercise routines, which builds on what I have already learned in the past. These exercises are not necessarily routines that are harder to do, just different from the ones I have done before. When I start a new DVD, I will lose a dramatic amount of weight within the first few days.

Because I was so overweight when I started, I was thrilled to be able to work out in front of my television set, in the privacy of my own home. I did not have to feel insecure because I did not have to stand in front of others in my workout clothes at the gym. It just makes me want to work out harder, and sweat as much as I can.
